You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products, chocolate bars, gummies, or teas. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products may be returned regardless of whether packaging has been opened.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective product or wrong item shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as TryCanadaShrewms cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. All refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
